Amnesty International Canadian Section (English-Speaking) (AICSES) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms with demonstrated expertise in 360-degree leadership assessment, executive evaluation, and organizational development in purpose-driven, values-aligned, and unionized environments.

The successful submission will design and deliver a comprehensive 360 evaluation process for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring psychological safety, methodological rigour, and alignment with Amnesty’s governance and anti-racism/anti-oppression (ARAO) commitments.

AICSES operates within a governance system that distinguishes strategic oversight from operational management. The SLT plays a key role in financial sustainability, people-centered management, and aligning leadership practices with ARAO principles.

This evaluation aims to strengthen leadership effectiveness and reinforce transparent, respectful performance cultures across the organization.

The selected consultant/firm will:

· Develop a tailored 360-degree evaluation framework

· Administer surveys, interviews, or focus groups

· Ensure confidentiality and ethical data management

· Prepare individual and organizational reports

· Facilitate SLT debriefs and provide recommendations

· Project workplan

· Evaluation instruments

· Individual leadership reports

· Organizational thematic report

· Recommendations for development

· Debrief sessions

· Final presentation
